Why we wear helmets

A recent bunch ride turned it’s attention to the subject of wearing helmets. This has been a hot topic with the introduction of Melbourne’s ‘Blue Bikes‘.

We like to think that we are in control of our own destiny but sometimes things happen despite your best efforts. Just ask the guy in this clip what his thoughts are on bicycle helmets.

 

Sheeesh, I thought the ‘utes’ on Beach Road were bad!

    If you reckon the cantalopes are dangerous, watch out for the rock melons!! They’ll really mess with your helmet!
